Private capital manager Pollen Street Capital has agreed to acquire Thesis Holdings Limited, trading as Tutman, a fund administration and transfer agency services provider.

The UK-based firm acquired Evelyn Partners’ fund services business in 2025, which added in-house fund administration and transfer agency capabilities and enabled Tutman to offer a full-service proposition for the first time.

Tutman is pursuing expansion initiatives in Luxembourg and Ireland, where it plans to establish additional operational capabilities, with Pollen Street’s backing supporting further European expansion.

Tutman will continue to operate under its existing brand and management team following completion of the acquisition.
