Janus Henderson Investors has appointed Mia Söderberg as client portfolio manager for emerging markets debt.
Based in Copenhagen, Söderberg will represent Janus Henderson’s emerging markets debt strategies to clients, consultants and distribution partners globally. She will report to Kareena Moledina, lead client portfolio manager for Europe, Middle East and Sfrica.
Söderberg brings more than 20 years’ experience in fund selection and performance research. Most recently, she was senior manager for asset manager selection at Munich Re Group Investment Management. She previously held senior manager selection roles at Nykredit Asset Management and served as head of fund selection at IKC Capital.
In September 2022, the firm expanded its global fixed income capability with the hire of a four-person emerging markets debt team.
